The Echo is our monthly newsletter for our church. It has current events, things that we did and things that are going to happen at our church and now you can get this information instantly, here.

The Christmas Stocking hanging on the 'door to the sanctuary is for donations to | help provide a nice holiday for persons in need. This offering will be used to purchase i gifts for individuals and families. We hope that you will give generously.

Your 2 000 offering envelopes will be available to be picked up beginning Sunday, December 19 . Due to the high cost of mailing them, we ask that you help out by picking them up. If you can deliver envelopes to shut-ins or neighbors, or take the ones that belong to other family members, we would appreciate it! Thank you!

If you picked a secret pal at the Hanging of the Greens, remember them during Advent with cards or in other ways. Keep it a secret until the Christmas Caroling party!

Don't forget the Food Box during December. We will be packing food boxes for several individuals and families for Christmas. Let's overflow the box!

Each Sunday as you enter the sanctuary, you will find a basket of straw. Take a few pieces and place them in the manger near the altar. By Christmas Eve we will have a nice, soft bed ready for Baby Jesus.

Student Day Sunday, December 26

We will observe United Methodist Student Day on Sunday, December 26, during the worship service. Members of our church family who are currently enrolled in colleges and universities will be participating in the service. The Student Day offering will be received that morning also.

The adult choir will have a special rehearsal on Dec. 19 following caroling from 8-9. We will use this time to work on Christmas Eve music.

Our Christmas Eve rehearsal is Wed, Dec. 22. The Joyful Noise will rehearse from 6-7; Spirit 6:30-7:15 and Adults 6:30-9. Everyone needs to be there. Readers for the service will also need to be there from 6:30-7:15.

All Choir members will need to be robed and ready at 6:45 on Christmas Eve. Adult Choir will rehearse on Dec. 29.
