Happy New Year!!!
Building Expansion
Both building expansion committees are meeting on February 3, 2000 at 6:30pm.
Auction
We are planning to have an auction on May 6, 2000 to raise money for the Building Expansion fund. Volunteers are being taken to run the auction, see a committee member to volunteer. If you have items to donate to the auction, call the church to make arrangements or contact a committee member. If you have connections with any businesses, please ask them if they would like to donate. We have already received donations from some businesses. All businesses that donate will be acknowledged in our flyers, etc.
"Penny Contest"
Don't forget to bring your money for our "Mile of Pennies" contest. The East and West sides of the church both have a long way to go to meet our goal. Keep bringing your pennies!
2000 Committee Orientation
COM will have a brief orientation meeting on Jan. 26, 2000 at 7:45pm. We encourage everyone to attend to be sure that we understand our duties and responsibilities as we begin a new year
Habitat for Humanity
Volunteers are always needed to help at the homes under construction. Call the office to find our the details.
Make-A-Way
The center is open to adults affected by mental illness, mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and loneliness. It offers a safe place to go at no charge. Contributions, which are tax deductible, are needed to keep the programs available to the 873 active members. A portion of their funding comes from the Mental Health Board, but the balance must be met with contributions, can you help? Call the church or Make-A-Way Center for details. Here is Make-A-Way's web site if you would like more information or their phone number.
Helpers are needed!!
Please check the book in the Sanctuary and sign-up for invocation, greeters, sanctuary lamp, & flowers. Thank You for your help in these small things that make worship smoother and more pleasant!
Bible Studies
Two groups meet weekly Wed. morning at 9:00am and Thurs. evenings at 7:30pm. Both groups will begin new studies in January. You are welcome to join either one.
Sunday School
We have classes for all ages, pre-school thru adult. We have wonderful teachers who plan special lessons for our children and youth. There are also 3 adult classes.

Here are some activities kids can print- they are all for children, they are the same ones from in the echo. The picture is big, it may be kind of slow loading, but it shouldn't take too long.
E-mail the webmaster if you have problems with this site.
